Shao Wei

Shao Wei grew up by the Yangtze River, China, came to the U.S. in 1996, and received her M.A. from New York University, majoring in Creative Writing. Her first book of poems, Pulling A Dragon’s Teeth, was published by UPitt Press in 2003. Her poems have appeared in Parnassus, Crab Orchard Review, and elsewhere.
