Asali Solomon

Asali Solomon's first novel, Disgruntled (FSG), debuted in  2015. Her earlier collection of stories, Get Down (FSG, 2005), received the National Book Foundation's  5 Under 30 Award. Her most recent novel, The Days of Afrekete (FSG), was published in 2021. She is associate professor of English and director of creative writing at Haverford College.
